FAQs

What happens once I sign up?

  • You will be emailed a link to book your Initial 90min Expansion Session with Nova. 
  • The Health Questionnaire will be in that email for you to complete prior to your Initial Session.
  • After your 90min Expansion Session you will receive the Mission Menu ebook, which contains the Transition Menu Guide, some simple, delicious recipes, the breakdown week by week of what you will be consuming throughout the Mission & the options to purchase or DIY the Mucoid Plaque Remover.
  • A personalised Herbal Protocol ebook will also be sent to you, with some recommended herbal formulas for support if needed (this will depend on the severity of your presenting symptoms for support & are optional.

When will I have access to the Mission Portal Content?

  • Portal will open on May 8. This is 2 days before official Mission start (May 10).
  • Pre-Mission Group Live/Q&A will be held on Friday 5th May at 11am AEST. (Recording will be sent via email)

When will the Live/Q&A sessions be held?

  • Apart from the Pre-Mission Live mentioned above, our regular Live Sessions will be held fortnightly (every two weeks) on Wednesdays, 8am AEST with a duration of 60-90mins.
  • Recordings will be available on the Portal after the session.
  • Please check your local timezone. 

What will I actually be consuming during the 12 Weeks?

  • The exact, daily Mission Menu will be sent to you via email in the Mission Menu Ebook after your Initial Expansion Session with Nova.
  • In short: Pre-Mission Transition is High Raw to FullyRaw, leading into the official 12 Weeks start date.
  • Week 1 is 100% Fruit & Herbs.
  • Weeks 2-4 onwards there are options: Start a Mono Fruit Feast (One Fruit in Abundance eaten &/or Juiced); or begin Juice Fast
  • The Mission is to CLEAR it all, and for each Missioned Soul this will look different in terms of the time it will take, but you will be guided through, and out of the Juice/Fruit Fast when elimination of Mucoid/Parasites/Chemicals/etc has slowed down & STOPPED.
  • The re-bEarthing process involves coming back into 100% fruits (& herbs), & then back to a High Fruit, FullyRaw Menu.

What equipment will I need for this Mission?

  • A Juicer, cold press preferable but whatever you have at the moment will be ok, you can always upgrade later!
  • A blender, again any blender will do the job, you will find yourself upgrading if needed as you move along your journey.
  • The Mucoid Plaque Remover. It is a pure whole-food psyllium & herbal powder you will be taking daily throughout the Mission. IT IS A MUST. Details on what this is & options to purchase or DIY are in the Mission Menu Ebook sent out after your Initial Expansion Session.
  • An Enema kit. This is for the Mission and is highly recommended to purchase prior to Mission start. It will be paramount to use, at the very least, if uncomfortable detox symptoms arise.
  • Remember, you are always guided and supported in the group and with direct access to Nova so there is nothing to fear. This is why I have created this 12 Week Mission. I will assist and prepare you so that detox symptoms do not need to be harsh, nor experienced for too long.
