"I just finished the 12 Week Mission with Nova and all I can say is WOW. This has honestly been life changing for me. I didn't know my body could feel so light and energised again. I have been struggling with thyroid imbalance for 15 years, for the first time now I see lots of improvement really fast. Before starting this journey with Nova I was struggling a lot with my mental health. I suffered CPTSD, depression and anxiety. My symptoms were crippling me in my everyday life I couldn't function like I did before. I had lost all sense of self and I was in the depths of despair and felt like this was my life now and there was no way out. I was inspired by Nova's healing and felt hope that I could heal myself from this suffering. Last year my skin broke down, lost its elasticity and integrity. It would stick to my clothes and come off, leaving big open wounds. Skin biopsies, cocktail of steroids, different doctors and dermatologists couldn’t put a finger on the cause and would just treat my symptoms. 80% of my skin had decayed, and I spent some time in ICU until it was decided that I should be covered in extensive bandages and be at home with nurses coming twice daily for my drips and IV antibiotics.
